The CIPP Type Dual-Stage Metal Seal is an innovative solution featuring a multi-layer metal composite structure designed for extreme reliability. It is specifically engineered for challenging environments, including high temperatures, ultra-high vacuum, and high-energy particle beam radiation.

Knife-Edge Design Advantage: The proprietary knife-edge design compensates for flange flatness irregularities. Unlike traditional seals requiring Ra 0.2-0.4, this solution achieves effective sealing on surfaces with Ra values as high as 0.8-1.6. This significantly reduces machining costs and the need for high pre-tightening force.

Proven to surpass original design requirements, the CIPP sealing solution reduces leakage rates to 1E-11 mbar*l/s, ensuring superior performance where standard seals fail.
